Tastings
Pre-approve all the flavors your guests will encounter – before your event. Swadley’s Fine Catering offers free tastings of our elegant menu at our main kitchen: 7156 NW 80th Street, OKC, OK 73132.

Full-Service Buffet
Stay & Serve
We bring everything required for the buffet line and beverage station, including serving tables, food, beverages, chafing dishes, drink urns, plates, cutlery kits with napkins, cups and ice. We stay to serve throughout the service, breaking the line down and cleaning our stations at the end.
Plated Package
Real Wares
Restaurant style service. Includes plates, silverware, dinner napkins, cups, sweet & low, salt & pepper shakers, tray stands, bus tubs, rentals, etc.
On-Site Cookouts
Nothing tastes better than a hotdog, burger or steak right off of the grill. We bring the grill, buffet line, paper goods and beverage station.
Wedding Package
Upgraded Package
Elegant white dinner plates, rolled plastic silverware, clear cups, beverages, ice and serving utensils. Everything is disposable.
Standard Package
Foam plates, plastic cutlery kits w/ napkins, cups, beverages, ice and serving utensils. Everything is disposable. Perfect for picnics, informal parties and outdoor events.
Receiving the Order
Whether you need your catering order delivered or you’d like to pick it up yourself, Swadley’s Catering has options to suit all needs.
Delivery & Setup
Drop Off
We deliver everything in disposable containers, including food, beverages, plates, cutlery kits with napkins, cups and ice. We set up the line buffet style, leaving you with everything you need to be a catering expert. We do not stay and serve.
Pick Up
Comes standard with every order
Everything is in disposable containers. We provide the food, beverages and all paper goods. You pick everything up at our catering kitchen:
