What if we need to stay within budget?
Your holiday meal does not have to be the Holiday Special. We will work with you to adjust entrées, sides, and service styles so your event stays on budget without sacrificing quality.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking early since November and December fill up quickly. BBQ menus require at least 48 hours’ notice, while other menus may need four days.
Can Swadley’s handle multiple events in one day?
Yes. On peak days, we have catered for up to 12 dealership holiday parties at once. Our team scales to meet demand until staffing resources are maxed out.
What is your most popular holiday item?
Pumpkin spice cake is a crowd favorite and one of the most requested desserts during the holidays.
Do you offer catering for both Thanksgiving and Christmas parties?
Yes. Thanksgiving and Christmas are our busiest seasons, and we provide staffed buffets, delivery, or pickup for both.
What size groups does Swadley’s holiday catering serve?
We cater for groups of 30 or more, ranging from small office luncheons to 500+ guest corporate galas.
